Spent the day at Luke AFB for the bi-annual airshow. I don't post here a lot (LOMAC/GR forums mostly) but I thought I'd share this with ya'll. Mainly because some of you sickos here will get wood over this......................like I did. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif BTW, what's with the big exhaust pipe stickin' out in front? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Nice indeed.

I see the ladder on the right. If you have cockpit pictures please post them. Especially if you have some details of the Falcon gunsight.

I'm gonna need some D-agra now. That is a badd-B-25. That looks like a cannon there to me.
If you need to unleash a little bit of: "GoddamitI'mgonnakillyou***nbastards", thats it. That's what happens when it's time for a lttle pay-back. Never forget.

It appears to be a B-25H. Here's a shot of the one at the New England Air Museum:

The gun is 75mm.

That's awesome, I live 25 minutes away from that museum and I haven't been there since my father took me as a kid. You've inspired me, I'm gonna head over there with my camera this weekend and snap a few photos.

It is the H model. Lighter version of the 75 plus 4x .50's in the nose.(G wore only 2x .50's plus a heavier 75 in the nose.) Turret moved to forward fuselage section from the aft section.

I've got a glass-nosed "J" that isn't too far away.

There are only four known restored B-25H's in the world, two of those appear to have been given B-25J noses (one glass nosed, the other has a solid, 8 gun nose) during their civilian careers. "Barbie III" is the only correctly restored H model still flying.

Here's a link to a list of known B-25's in the world, restored, flying, and hulks.

Is it just me, or does the NEAM's B-25H need a visit to the boresight pit? Those four .50's are going to give quite the vertical spread as they're currently set. Cool pics though. Thanks.

Yeah, it looks like the two on the starboard side are set correctly, the two on the port side... ummm... I guess the armorer is on his lunch break and hasn't finished the job. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
