I know there were post about this subject in the past, but when I use the search, it gives me a timeout, or no topics at all. The search sucks so I'll ask it again.

I've got a Logitech Wingman Force 3D now, about 3 years old. Unfortunately, it's unable to deliver me force feedback, though I've got the option turned on everywhere and mailed the Logitech tech support. The real problem is though it's impossible to fly with the joystick right now because it is way too sensitive, no matter what I do with the settings. It also has an annoying deviation on the Z-axis, which caused my planes rudder to constantly go to the right, which made me crazy when I tried to takeoff after having installed FB for the first time. I've posted about the problems I have with it on these forums and received good advice, but I simply gave up on it.

So the question is: which joystick should I buy? From the past threads I've heard of two most popular suggested joysticks, the Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 and the Logitech Cordless Freedom.
I've heard Microsoft stopped producing the Sidewinder series, so the price for the joystick would be drastically lowered. But so far I've seen no low prices (on price comparison sites I saw the lowest price is only 1 euro cheaper than the logitech), which might be a reason for me to choose it. I don't have much money. I don't know either if it's force feedback feature really adds something to the game experience or not.
The Logitech Cordless Freedom is wireless, which would be helpfull with all the wires on my computer desk. It has no force feedback but that isn't a huge problem.

What should I do?

http://store.yahoo.com/saitekusa/recprod.html get a reconditioned X45 there. Best Buy has MSFFB sticks on sake for $59 with no rebate. I use both sticks and they work very well together in FB. I only use the MS stick for flying. The X45 I use as a button bay for commands I used to have on my keyboard.
