Need Help...PF crashes after playing few minutes...

Hello, every one.
I just installed PF stand alone, and patched up to 4.04, It runs but after few minutes playing, it crash. I got two PCs amd exactly same thing happen.
PLZ, Any one help me out!!! Thanks!!

Here's my PC parts

windows XP professional
Pentium 4 3.0 G hz
1.0 G ddr400 RAM
Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 256MB
Run game with OPEN GL

There is a potential fix in one of the patch readme's. 4.03 had the clearest guide. Can't remember the file names... corp4.dll? Look for that in the readme.

Thanks, But I didn't patch 4.03, I patched 4.04
Over 4.02. Is that a problem? and How can I find that dll file? PLZ, someone Help me out.

Your best course of action might be:

-Completely uninstall the game

-Reinstall

-Apply first patch

-Test

-Repeat until up to current

-Make sure you are using the right patches


If that doesnt work, then try posting your exact steps and a copy of your dxdiag, in the help section of the forums.

You need to upgrade your Video card or down grade your settings in the game. Lower your sounds setting as well. I know that because that use to be a problem for me until I bought a new video card.
