VVS Synopsis is available for download at:

http://www.flying-legends.net/php/downloads/download.php?did=6114

VVS Synopsis is a remix of Russian songs and national themes very popular during the Great Patriotic War.
The sound-track, (22 minutes lenght) has been edited using original tracks available in the net, including the registration of the 1944 version of the Russian Anthem.
The High quality, Audio CD version I edited was 230MB is size: the present Il-2 compatible version is a Wave, (MPEG Layer-3), 56kbps, 24 kHZ stereo, 9.19MB audio file: anyway it "sounds" good for in game music.

No copy right needed.
I discourage any commercial use of JastaV's VVS Synopsis.

Bump!

You should rename it so that folks know what it is. Something like "WWII era Russian radio music" or some such. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

lol...as in musical score, yes...but folks might think you're talking about on-line scoring...hmmm...actually, that might draw a bigger crowd.

Regardless, good stuff! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

heh, I did something like this a while ago for my own personal use. I collected a number of songs provided in 3rd-party campaigns and mixed in some extra music and a couple of national anthems where it was missing. only country I didn't manage to find music for was Slovakia, but then again who has ever made a Slovakian campaign?

I'll be sure to check these out and see if any of your choices are better than mine. (I'm pretty much sick of hearing The Sacred War every time I boot up IL-2 now anyways)

Italian synopsis in preparation!!!!

I'll try to offer a quite wide choice:

1. An Italian fascist songs and marches synopsis

2. An "African songs" synopsis: dedicated to my P.A.A: campaign for Il2-DCG

3. An Italian "Russian Front" synopsis, collecting non fascist war songs.

I mind to create a "Lili Marlene" synopsis, too: a compilation of the different versions of the most famous WWII song.
I'm looking for link to the "Russian version": any suggestion?????
