i just bought a gf fx 5200U and was wonering what setup i should use in fb right now i have it set to maximum settings in the video for both open and directx
not useing a mother board with only agp4x 512mb ddr ram and a pintum4 2.2ghz?
anysugjestions would be help full i get really bad stutters when i fire the guns the first time and when online im on cable and i have the latest drivers on the nvidia site

You don't have enough system to run max settings. Nobody does. I suggest you start turning things down until you never ever drop below 30fps. Then it should run smooth.

Not even your 5900 ULTRA? Buzz I am surprised :P

Must have been a missprint?

And about your 5200 FX. Try to keep aa and anisotropic low since these probably will help your fps the most.

Even my 9700 PRO in my current settings take a 25 % performance hit with anisotropic.

off line i can run every thing on excellent(no perfact groundhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif darn it) @1024x768x32 with the quicksinc AA on and no anistropic and it runs smooth i get on line and i have to turn everything down or it stutters like crazy?

I didn't hijack anything. I was the only one to give him an answer, and it was almost off the 2nd page before ATI fanboy showed up.

Everybody has that problem. You have to turn down your settings online.

thanx thats the answer i was looking for i was hoping that i wasnt the only one with this problem.
hoped that it woulndt turn in to a ATI/NIVIDIA war but figured it would thanx for the help
