I know that I have flown "Operation Bodenplatte" a few times in the past, and always thought it was under Germany[190's] in single missions. I have both FB+AEP+PF 4.04m and 46 installed, I'm thinking that it may have been past of one of the many add-ons available for the sim? I have been through both installs but cannot find it? JM

Using 'advanced search' for 'Bodenplatte' and 'mission' found this:

You will probably find what you are looking for on the Mission4Today site: http://mission4today.com/index.php

Thanks Andy. I may be wrong, but could that early morning attack over snow covered fields flying 190's on new years day 1945 have been a single mission in the original IL-2 Sturmovik?. Perhaps thats why it cant be found in FB and 46??............Cheers. JM

No way. The original Il-2 Sturmovik was strictly an Eastern Front operation.

No maps of the Ardennes or 'western' fighters like the Spitfire or Mustang. Those didn't show up until around the time the Aces Expansion Pack for Forgotten Battles came out.

I recall a couple of single missions for Bodenplatte, but I don't know exactly where they came from, one was the above mentioned Fw190 mission, and I have another one for the Me262 that I think I downloaded.
