Hello, just one question: prop feathering is the same as setting the propeller pitch to 0%?

Hmm...not really. You feather your prop when you lose an engine in multi-engine aircraft. The blades turn to face the airstream edge on in order to decrease drag.

Also note that most planes have constant speed propellors. In this case, the "pitch" setting only affects the desired RPM, not the actual pitch.
