View Full Version : AC2 will not start up on steam

Hello all, i need some help...I recently purchased AC2 on Steam, downloaded it, and clicked to start it, it will then start to load (the windows 7 blue circle will start spinning as if to load the game), and then it just stops. I have tried re-installing it with my anti-virus but without any success. Any advice would be appreciated.

I suggest you Try to contact UbiSoft Support for this problem and query. provide them full detail Specs of your PC (video card, CPU, RAM), CD-key scan, proof of purchase and Game Manual. This is just a community forum.

Thanks, justinpunny. I have sent Ubisoft an email. I was also hoping someone from the community who might have experience this problem could advise me on a possible solution, sometimes it takes day for company tech support to respond.

Alright, I'm not sure whether you problem is similar to this guy, but in the meantime try the solution posted by 'KingDaniel0' under this Forum Topic, i.e. the second post:

You need to manually create the SAVES folder as told by him.

If the above does not help, you should still pursue Ubisoft Support for a solution.

I have moved your thread to the PC forum, from the console forum, in hope other PC users maybe able to help
