Just got '46 to-day thanks to a friend and I can't find some of the planes, eg: Mig 9, Yak 15 or most of the knew planes that are supposed to be on the DVD.

This may sound like a dumb question but are you sure you opened the right game? 46 installs as a completely separate game from any previous installs of Il2 you might have had on your system. You may be opening an old version of the game. Just a thought.

Some QMB maps don't have all the planes available to them, I think. Anyhow, try a different QMB map or else the FMB.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Or may be Il2 Complete Edition DVD, which was released almost a year ago, and has not the add-ons. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/disagree.gif

The planes are all there but there aren't missions for all of them. You'll need to use the quick mission builder, the full mission builder or wait for the community to release missions that include the new aircraft.

Alternately you can fly online. Between the available servers just about all aircraft are represented.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Or start a multiplayer game from the main menu, ( you can play it yourself without going online) you can then access all the aircraft, but there will be no opposition except ground fire, so you can practice in everything http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Yeah, I know that. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif My point is that perhaps they should wait until they're done developing addons before they release something titled 'Complete Edition'.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I agree, it just adds to the confusion.

I finally found them last night, don't know why I expected them to be in the single missions folder.
