The reason for this question is its holding me up in some of my movie making/mission creating. I know the planes are delayed...and I understand it will take a while to get it straight before they release it. but can we get an answer on what ships will be available...(I really just can not fly the Pearl missions against the brit warships)

Thanks for your patience.

While we're at it Diamondhead isn't modeled on Oahu. It's a world famous landmark and it would be nice to see in game.

Well I honestly don't want this to become a ***** fest....I really just want to get an idea when or "if" these will be released. If not that is fine, I have plenty to do in game...I just am jonesing to see the older battlewagons in pearl.

If they were built by Newport News we might not see them. I think that is why we haven't seen the Yorktown Class Carriers, too.

It appears that Northrop-Grumman may own it, too.

Arizona was built by the New York Navy Yard. she was laid down on 16 March 1914, launched 19 June, 1915, and commisioned 17 October,1916

Nevada (BB-36) was laid down 4 November 1912 by the Fore River Shipbuilding Co., Quincy, Mass.; launched 11 July 1914; and commissioned 11 March 1916.

So we have a shot at seeing them, the question now is will it be in the patch after the new year or later down the road...

I'm sort of curious about the LSD's and LST's. They were used in both theaters of ops.

And I'm hoping that at some point we can get the Yorktowns.

Any word on who owns the trademark for Diamond Head? DeBeers?
