OK, please dont turn this into another "Nvidia sucks " thread. ANyway, I've been wondering, what setting should i run my GeForce 4 ti4400 at? I've overclocked it to the Exact speeds of a 4600, so just think of it as one. Anyway I was wondering which i should use , OpenGL, or the "direct X", and what setting *should* my card be able to handle. Ram isnt a problem seeing as i have 1024MB of DDR.

For a good start:

Those Tech pages by Hunter will get you going. I have a 4200 and the same RAM as you (333MHz) and a 2.4 GHz but I still don't get the performance I would expect. I need to spend some time tweaking to get higher fps but I'm havin' too much fun flyin'. /i/smilies/16x16_robot-indifferent.gif

I have a Geforce 4 Ti 4600 and the best results are reached with the default Geforce 3/4 settings in the config menu...At least for me. Tried different options and custom setups benchmarked with Black death track and the default geforce settings give me some 7 to 10 more FPS.
