Hi, i just got 1946 in the mail and its an amazing game, i tried it online and my favorite maps are the desert ones. is there any way that you can import the desert map into single player for doing quick missions and stuff? if you can do so, please tell me how. Thank You!

You mean the new desert map by Ian Boys that came in 4.08? Its not going to ever be in the QMB but the Full Mission Builder (FMB) can be used to create single and multiplayer missions.

You can't add any maps to the Quick Mission Builder.

Here is a nice little Hurricane campaign by Huxley_S using the new desert map.

The three utilities below are all vast improvements over the in game Quick Mission Builder. They each have their unique features... all are member made. They dont have the new desert map on them yet.. at least I didnt see it.. but sometimes I go into Stevie Wonder mode.. so I might have missed it... but they are great utilities that will totally change the way you use the sim for the better.

The above listed utilities are great tools, but it is highly recommended to take a little time and learn to use the FMB. It is actually easy though not quite intuitive at first. With it you can unlock endless possibilities.

In the Mission Builders forum there are FAQs and many answered questions to get you on the right track.

Have fun.
