Is it currently being worked on?

If a 3rd party does it is to late to get it into PF?

Please see below

I created this a few months ago for a portfolio and would willingly try to make it suitable for PF if it was wanted and someone could point me in the right direction for ship/boat modeling requirements

Excellent model Konigwolf. A PT would be a great addition.
I suspect there are rather too many pollies in the current state http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

The aircraft modellers have their haunts, such as www.netwings.org (http://www.netwings.org) - but I've no idea where the ship builders hang out.

If some helpful soul doesn't drop by perhaps you should email Oleg requesting info on specs/requirements and whether or not your project would be able to squeeze in.

Excellent my friend !! Excellent !! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

I was recently trying to create a Battle of Samar Isand scenario, but without the PT's to engage, it's a bummer.

Also heavily used in the Solomon's of course.

Hope you get somewhere with this. Japanese fishing boats are a very nice touch, but PT's would be a great target for the Japanese pilots and a great diversionary tactic for the Allies.

Go to this forum: http://www.netwings.org/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi?az=list&forum=DCForumID43&archive=
and make the same post. It needs to be in 3DSM at some point, and I know the LODs, damage models etc have to be done for anything as well. It'd be a great target for the Japanese pilots!
