Hi guys , I have a problem during entering the serial key of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood ,

first, after buying the serial it worked well and I played so much games with it and all my scores appear in the account informations , and I setup a new windows and setup the game too , then I tried to write the serial I found this messgae


although that I had played alot of games using this serial before....

This game have 3 limits for installation. Since you've installed a new Windows I suppose you used all your limits somehow.
Do as it says - contact support, cos your key is banned now.

If you are fully sure you have entered the Correct CD KEY in proper format, then try to contact UbiSoft Support, as it says.

they can only help you out, with any CD-key issues.

and I've made a topic about my problem at the support of ubisoft and waiting answer

All cd key have a limit or its just some kind of "bug"? Cuz i saw this problem several times from other people in the forum.

All CD keys for PC Version of ACB have limits for 3 times activation.

All CD keys for PC version AC2 should have no limits. But my is banned after 1 year, and Ubi (created 2 tickets, 1 in the beginning and second after 1 month when no answer) not giving any answer why and don't wanna to do anything about it. Full ignore on customer.

Ubi's moto most probaby is -- "Money paid - we don't need you anymore, scram stupid customer."

Thats great.. so after 3 activation cuz i think i will reinstall more then 3 times (windows or anything else)then its will be useless after this or there is a way to get the normal unlimited cd key? cuz we payed for this game and i thought we get a normal key (btw i never heard about limited keys for original games just now)

IMO, the OP has a slightly different problem, because he is getting some other Error Message i.e. The Serial Number you entered is Invalid. But I'm not fully sure....

I personally would contact Support.

If you have hit the activation limit - due to not removing the activation on your last pc - and installed multiple times - then they can help.

You can contact them in various ways, but there are links in my signature.

I've already contacted them 3 days ago , and waiting answer

I made a topic in Ubisoft support on 04/28 , and they answered me on 04/29 and asked me about the serial of the game and the ubisoft account , I've answered them at the same day and writed the informations , we are on 2\5 and there isn't any respond.

hi i buy a assassin's creed brotherhood when the installing has done they ask me a serial key and i type it perfectly but it can't enter they said you entered is invalid what would i do i'm from phillipines

i think the serial key is the most problem of the buyer of the Ubisoft Company
