While viewing another sight I can across this link-mg151 in scw (http://www.ww2incolor.com/forum/showthread.php?p=93200#post93200)
This must have been a prototype as the thread suggests. It interesting to see that the MG151 must have been designed from the otset to use both 15mm and 20mm ammunitin.

Interesting... I've always thought that the 151/20 wasn't made until 1941, and used first in Bf 109F-3/4 and and first 190s. In fact, the Bf 110 recieved the cannon as late as 1943, when the G-series arrived. Up until F-series MG FF/M was used.
