Where are all the wells that you unlock in assassins creed revelations?

Someone pls help. I have found 19 out of 31 unlockable wells throughout constantinople. Any help to where i might find a map or the locations would be really appreciated.

its there a issue with the wells, as know one has more than 27 and everyone has the same 27, i would love to tick this off but can not find any more, have also looked in all the other locations

I certainly feel that the answer lies in Masyaf or other places outside Istanbul. It's just a feeling.
