I've never seen one or heard of one before and I haven't been able to ID it yet. Anyone know?

Yup as said an L29, we used to have one based here with us, along with a couple of L39's....... nice , quiet, unasuming thing when it's running isn't it http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

luft: No I didn't ...never seen it before at all. Very interesting!

Taylor: Yeah it was pretty quiet and unassuming. The guy showed up at the show, presumably for the show, did a couple of passes (this is two hours before show start), and then landed. Probably there to enjoy the show itself http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I heard it before I saw it...came in overhead...was a low sounding whistle...quiet for sure. I knew it was an older style turbojet and not a modern jet almost immediately. Was neat to see. I thought it was a Tutor at first but I figured the only folks who still fly those are the Snowbirds and they were somewhere else.
