I think I read recently on this forum or SimHQ that it was looking like spring or early summer, but don't hold me to it.

Fall of '07 would be my guess, even if they do say spring or summer of next year. AEP & PF were the same way IIRC.

I thought there were rumblings about late this fall? Oh well. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

At least they're releasing a great Lancaster for FS2004 next Friday. That will keep me up late for a while.

Sorry...but not likely. Game makers have stopped giving serious release dates out. Do not believe any release date ...EVER...except for the two to three weeks after the game has gold mastered. Prior to that...its all magic and guesses by people who don't know any more than you or I.

Dont even think that can be an indication anymore can it? It will be like 4.06 and sit forgotten on some Ubi genius's desk, collecting dust for a couple years while he tweaks the latest "Serious Rage Carnage Fest" for the kiddies. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Rant off, little too much dizzy beverages last night.

It'll be next yr sometime, as I dont see them waiting that long before having a major release. (I didnt intend for that to have
s e x u a l implications in it, but its publication would probably cause that for quite a few).

Late next yr I expect. This stuff takes time, and It has little to do with stuff rotting in a bin I think. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I KNOW it'll be at least another 6 months and that's all good as It'll be February before I can get my new rig completed...

It will be interesting to see where technology is taking the PC gamer over the next year anyway. Which means if you already have a rig to run this sim all out now, there's no need in even considering any upgrades or possible new builds until BoB is actually released and on the market unless you are into the newer titled games that benefit from the current crop of newer components.

Now I just need to make myself grasp this and instead of looking for the next best thing today, just save the $$$ until then, and hopefully have more of it.

Having gotten the AGP x850xt this January makes the wait easier with the big boost in FPS. I know there just aren't any AGP chipset/mobos now, with PCIe having dominated the market.

With the cracking of the game code, all further releases will be delayed so corrections can be made.
