The plane was raised from 242 meters depth in Orkdalsfjorden, Norway.

The Norwegians have been doing extraordinary work recovering WWII aircraft and generously giving some to museums outside of Norway. They have recovered so many Ju 88s from land and sea they must be close to having a complete Kampfgeschwader by now!

If only it where so...

Most of them are mere bits and pieces. We have only found one reasonably complete one (right outside Bergen).

Hi Petter!

You are forgetting about the one raised from Jonsvannet at Trondheim in 2006, together with a He-111. That one was fairly complete!

Or this one, raised a few years ago from the Arendal-area. Can't remeber when, but I took this picture march 2002:

That plane was fairly complete, though as you see in a sorry state after 60 years under water..
