OK I am confused, and admittidly (sp) not to smart so bear with me http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.

I have IL2 and IL2 FB but I never bought AEP. In reading the documentation and such with PF it almost sounds like AEP is lumped in with PF.

Is that so or is it worth it to go out and buy AEP?

Thanks.

Nevermind just found the answer. I'm off to Wal-mart for the 9.00 AEP http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.

I'm sure you're plenty smart. This addon/standalone thing is silly and confusing IMHO.

You can play PF standalone without having AEP. This will have just the pacific-related planes and objects in it. You can play multiplayer only against other people with PF standalone.

You can also install PF as an addon, which will result in a game with the FB, AEP and PF planes all in one game. For this you must have AEP.
