Get the 1.08us patch first, then SP3 superpack and after that Free Falcon.

Those are the best. patches, absolutly for free.

See http://www.falcon5.nl for more info, ask a little on the forum.

Well, I have my copy from the day it came out /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

It is pretty old, maybe four or more years but, it is still the best western jet sim. especially now there are some good cockpits available for download so, you can fly other planes.

I don't know where you can buy it but, be sure to have the manual with it because, you really need it!

No idea about US shops, but over here its difficult to find a copy in the shops (its to old I guess).
Some time ago it was available in a sim-pack, maybe thats the way to go.

And BTW: SP4 is out soon (REALLY! /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif ), then I will climb into the cockpit of an F-16 again ... till LoMac hits the market ... (2004).

me and my wife try to limit each others spending so we never go overboard. good thing she was away when i got my comp, hehe. well right now i got 100 bucks. most of it will go to ram and im really thinking bout getting this game. kinda wish i didnt get fs2004, but it was just one of those games i had to try, its ok, but i dont play it very much. so far i found it at amazon for $40 bucks and it comes with everyhthing including manuel and maps and other things. Is this a good price for it.???

I wouldn't blow $40 bucks on it, don't get me wrong I think i is a good game, but it is very dated in many ways, and takes a few hours of effort to tweak it, and add the superpak.

Also if you have Win XP and a USB HOTAS setup with separate USB rudder pedals fogetabodit (sadly this is my case /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif )

well ill look around a little more. i wasnt sure if it was worth $40 or so cuz of all the extra stuff that comes with it like the manuel. i tried the ebay store but they only had a mac version. maybe ill try the local game shops here tomorrow, maybe they will have it.
