What do you think guys, if the head of the Player in to the cockpit, is rotating in to direction in which the player is looking at this moment? In the tracks all these will reveal who is the best in tactics http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif...Just imagine..The pilot is looking at the control board and afther this, behinds and up and forward and behinds...And all this will be REAL! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

I wouldn't mind having the player model's head swivel mapped to the POV hat on your HOTAS, or controlled by TrackIR.

I know what you're saying.

FS2004 does this sometimes with certain planes.

I like the idea; very much. It's already sort of modelled for the AI.

Oleg? What do you think?

Thank you tolwyn!
I think that, this will be very easy for Oleg's team!

Default command "Ctrl F1" Natural Head Movement IS THE BEST EVER MADE VIEW OPTION in a Flightsim.

Erm, but... if you watch a track and don't enable manual view control, you see exactly what the author saw....
Is this what you meant?

Agamemnon, I mean that when you are watching at the enemy aircraft from outside (Ctrl F2) you will see the body of the Player's pilot, and you will see in which direction the player is looking at this moment, because the head of the Player's pilot is following the movements of the mouse or TrackIR.
Example:
You see the head of the enemy's plot is looking to the right at 3 o'clock. Now You know that the Player driving this mashine is looking actualy in this direction: 3 o'clock.
I think that this option will be most interesting when you are watchng tracks recorded from online dogfight http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

I can tell almost for sure that it is not available option in tracks, but it should be... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif. I was once record a track just to see if there was any head movement. I see none, in spite of the fact that I was waving with my mouse like crazy while recording. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

It would be very nice. But thing is that track files already have a bunch of problems.
