I'm a beginer of IL-2 FB and I dont't know what planes have pitch/aileron/rudder trim. I'm trying to trim a IL-2 Sturmovik and I don't know how, the plane always goes nose up at cruise speed and I must fly always pushing forward the stick. Any help? thanks

Trimming does seem odd in this game. The default setting for elevator trim is ctrl-up arrow and ctrl-downarrow on the little arrow pad. I have found that it helps to tap repeatedly on the arrow or hold it down to change trim and it's very easy to overtrim. You also might not see the trim change take effect until you grab your joystick and level the plane out. Some planes do this better than others - it would help if the manual offered some info on which planes are fully trimmable from the cockpit.

Also, have you checked your joystick properties to make sure it's not a calibration problem?

Thank you for your help, zoomar and Tully. I assigned elevator trim to rotary switch 1 of my X45 and it works well.
