Here's mine:

<LI>Frickin' fluid-tech damage model (those structure-screenies must mean something).
<LI>Scramble-mode. Good for MP. Wave after wave of jerries, takeoff-kill-land, re-arm/refuel.
<LI>Dynamic scenery. Ex. airbase contains a certain number of moving/animated/noisy stuff by default, you don't have to spend 30mins in FMB setting it up. Can be toggled in Options.
<LI>Historic plane-count in the air. (Perhaps a toggle on this one too) Will create that grand atmosphere.
<LI>A nice touch: The background on the briefing screen / career screen is an ops room / officers club with animated people. They're all characters from the squadron, and appear/disappear along with attrition/replacements. Customizable faces? No big dev-issue, no big player-issue, just a neat touch.
