Guys! i cannot find any plane in the game which had real life counterpart back in history, i can only find names of those planes, and graphical shapes of those historical planes, but something is missing, if i should believe in you guys in here, in forums http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif(

i can fly something but i find it impossible that im flyin that plane, yea for real, no bs.

name and shape doesnt make the plane, not does BS and lies or bias.

yea i know, tinfoil hat is missing on someones head.

I cant understand you wat are you trying to say

He's saying that the planes are not modelled correctly in regard to FM, that they look like the planes they are supposed to represent, but that they do not perform in any way like they should according to fact

Don't worry boys, Now go get those Spitfires.

actually, i prefer Allied planes over LW. easier to survive in them if survivability is number one.

and yea, i can and know how to fly 109, use its only ability of climb, well against other planes, but i cant attack anymore with it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I like the DF where i got Jug or Pony, nothing so good can do with like them. can open fire at long range (300-400m) and still hit enemy easily, and hard. its easy. not many times got in trouble if know what to do, no matter the plane i fly, but its matter where the enemy is when i take off.

So what you're saying is that everything in this game is 100% incorrect?

Fair enough, that's your opinion. And hey, who knows, maybe you've got an inkling of truth in there as well! Because as you might remember, Oleg himself once said that all AC are somewhat off FM-wise, meaning there's an error of magnitude of 5-15% depending on the type...

But then again, you can always quit playing IL-2 and spamming ORR with bulls**te messages if that's too much for you, eh?

im saying 100% of this game compared to history and real life is incorrect http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif game = real = wrong!

its just modeled image of the real world, which means an lousy copy of it.

do you feel the G forces, or only see them?
do you feel the pain?
do you fix your plane?
do you die when virtual pilot die?

of course, nothing is not making you not to believe that its more real than in real life, its just you urself who cheats you.

Hey, I've never thought this is anything but just a game. And nope, in no way could this be but a poor approximation of the real thing, not with the common & affordable technology we've got and whatnot.

But this is hardly Oleg's fault, is it? A PC game is a PC game is a PC game, y'see, no matter what punters _think_ it is...

Or in other words people DO take all this a bit too seriously, don't they?
