Might help a little, depending which GF4 you have. I wouldn't expect too much though. It's a cheap card with rather lackluster performance.

This review will give a good idea of where it stands: http://graphics.tomshardware.com/graphic/20031229/vga-charts-10.html

Not much of a jump. I'd save up for something better.

Look here (http://www.pricewatch.com/).

<span class="ev_code_RED">$49 - RADEON 9600 SE 128MB </span>

$193 - RADEON 9800 Pro 256MB
$135 - RADEON 9800 Pro 128MB
$230 - RADEON 9800 All-In-Wonder
$174 - RADEON 9800 256MB
$135 - RADEON 9800 128MB
$128 - RADEON 9600 XT 256MB
$134 - RADEON 9600 XT 128MB
$83 - RADEON 9550 256MB

$169 - GeForce FX 5900 128MB
$92 - GeForce FX 5700 256MB
$77 - GeForce FX 5700 128MB
$179 - GeForce 6600 GT 128MB
$140 - GeForce 6600 256MB
$107 - GeForce 6600 128MB

You should have posted here first. That card is actually a pretty crappy card. 9600SE is a glorified 9200... even a 9550 256 would be abetter card than that.

The SE series cards are not really designed for graphics intensive applications like flight sims. Bearcat lists a number of cheapish cards that would be much better.
