Where do I get one of these babies?

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Im just waiting for it to crash like all the other restored LW aircraft ....

"-When in doubt, empty your magazine.
-Never share a foxhole with anyone braver than you are.
-Never forget that your weapon was made by the lowest bidder.
-If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.
-No plan survives the first contact intact.
-All 5 second grenade fuses burn down in 3 seconds." Excerpt from Murphy's Laws

Just a model? I thought the gear looked a little funny. Too bad the real deal is so rare. There are only a handful out there, and AFAIK none are in flying condition./i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Way cool! I wonder if he has the dive brakes and siren working as well. Imagine what that would do to some lil ol lady hanging her white sheets out on the line and seeing this screaming Stuka diving from above with paint bombs!

typical silly american response bearcat...

stuka was first pure divebomber and did it job perfectly...

ps, i live in america and know we have the best now, but not in WW2, we just had numbers and simply overran the germans and japs.

No,no Bearcat wasn't being ethnocentric. He was just saying that as of late several restored LW aircraft have crashed. A He-111 crashed a few months ago(totalled, crew killed)and a Bf-109(G?)crashed a couple years ago. I think it was repaired, but now is strictly on static display. There have been others, but I can't think of em off-hand....

(Oh,and to say the US won by numbers alone is down-right ignorant..../i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif )

Where did that Heinkel go down? Got a link? The 109 was a G2 I believe (owned by RAF I think) & I've got some shots of the incident - it was an engine failure that forced the pilot to belly-land in a field & the crate flipped over ending upside down. Pilot wasn't hurt & the G2 took minor damage but was grounded due to insurance problems.
