Windows live has some cool features. while i'm adding und up dating the software on the new box here @ HQ http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif i started looking for microsoft stuff. And i found this thing thier calling Skydrive. basically it's a free web storage acount that you can use to up load and save files, music, video ect. It's still in public beta but it looks really prommsing. Draw backs, only holds 1 GB of storage. It has Private storage, shared storage, and public storage. But it's not a bad idea. this could be a good place to post skins, mission ect ect.
i dunno if it'll allow a hot link yet fro signitures but that'd be hella cool.

here's the link

I believe I read something similar about Google, IIRC it was tied in with the Gmail. Techies would know more about it until I can dig it up.

Not available outside of USA. Google Skydrive takes you right to it.

Well it seems to work ok. Thanks

My edit is just getting rid of the invisible picture I put up.

Meanwhile with a cheap USB stick I can store and have as much and more in seconds.
I already have a small collection, it pales in contrast to any of my external drives
but those don't fit easily in a pocket.

Now if I could make the Skydrive contents available to others then I could get past my
10meg teeny homepage space.

Here lets try this. Use my public files and see if you can get the Hornet pic. http://cid-e8077ab927b08c92.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx...%20on%20approach.jpg (http://cid-e8077ab927b08c92.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Public/120%20on%20approach.jpg)
