CH fighterstick and CH rudder pedals at least.
There is nothing more acurate on the market right now.
I'm left handed too but I fly with right hand.

A CH Fighterstick adapted by me for left-handed use. I HAVE to do this - I don't have a right hand - but it's really not difficult to remove & relocate the handle's hat-turret that makes this and most other sticks unusable by people with a dominant LH.

Soldering skill is needed - and warranty flies out of the window - but the internal layout (e.g. no hot-glue fixings) and wiring is very easy to adapt. The shell is very rugged and doesn't suffer from careful surgery.

A two armed person could have done a prettier job..... but it works really well so 'nuff said http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
