yeah, its a high end video game cartridge system that came out in the early 90's. I bought one in 1992,along with two games, and it cost $1,000.
The system(i got the gold pkg) cost $600.00 and the games cost between $180.00 to $250.00 each.

But now you can get them for anywhere from $30-$100.

great fighting games like "Art of Fighting", "Fatal Fury", "World Heroes", and "Samurai Shodown". Not to mention the Metal Slug series, and King of the Monsters.

I have 23 cartridges, and they are huge, they are bigger than a VCR tape and a little thicker.

But i also have the Neo Geo emulator for my pc.
Its called Neorage and i have 126 roms for it on my pc. I got all of them for free off the internet, didn't pay anything except my monthly online fee. And the emulated roms look pretty close to the originals.

There are some great classic shooters on Neo Geo like "viewpoint" and "Last Resort" and "Pulstar" that are real fun to play.

i know that i am only one of about maybe 50,000 people who bought a Neo Geo system back in the 90's(US),according to the Neo newsletter i used to get.

I was just wondering if there were any people here that may have got one too.
