Are there any landing aids? BAll, LSO would be nice, but is any indication on how's my glide path, preferably before hitting the CV's wake...

No. Apparently LSO's were considered, but the game developers decided they couldn't do it and make it look good.

Practice, practice, practice

I believe if you use no-cockpit view there is a velocity vector displayed. Check the readme or manual.

There are single missions where you can just practice landing over and over again, and after enough practice you'll be able to land on carriers fine. How the pilots learned it so quickly in real life I do not know, I've died so many times trying.

Real 'sim' pilots don't need no wussy landing aids.

In the pit you can open the canopy and raise yourself in the seat. In open pit view there is a little floating ball that you will find by toggleing the sites.. that ball helps to set the glide path for you. Practice is the best aid I have fouind though.
