Has this been reported before? It looks like the left wing tip was being drawn as the right wing tip. It only appeared this way at the very closest LOD stage. When I pulled the veiw out a couple hundred meters it would look correct. It also looked like this in the arming screen.

Looks like your graphics card is overheating. That looks like something in the video RAM is being corrupted or misrepresented. Its usually a hardware issue and it can be limited to purely a heating issue or indicative of a hardware failure.

Sometimes bad drivers can do it...but less likely.

Had you been playing for a long time when this happened or on a particularly hot day?

Probably because the issue is related to a hardware problem and not a repeatable software problem.

I wonder if it moght be a bug to do with a/c like the Zwilling or Bf-109Z overlapping into other a/c skins.

Sorry if this sounds totally ignorant but it looks like that is what the game is trying to do here, create a Ju-88 'Zwilling'.

Has anyone else had the entire skin printed on the rudder of an a/c. This happened to me with the F2A.

No, it was this morning. Just started the thing up. I've never seen it before. Flew the 88 a little more tonight and everything was fine. It just accidentally drew the wrong wing tip or something.

Probably a bad memory address in the RAM or something along those lines. You may never see it again. It may mean that your card or one of the RAM chips on it is not working properly or has a small defect...but in all likelyhood you won't see the problem bear fruit for a while...years or never.

Not likely to be a software problem and definately not something to do with the game. I've had it happen to me a bunch of times...happened with the Spitfire IX model (it looked more like a TIE Fighter) and then it started to happen a bit before things went all psychidelic and the card died. But that happened over two years...so probably not to worry.

Ju88 is ok after 100's of hours flying it and getting it into all sorts of damage, not sure its a DMing, must be hardware issue or driver ?

I have not gotten that anomaly but I have seen others in the loadout sceeen or whatever its called...sometimes the folding wingtips of the zero will look like that - and sometimes as I am selecting a pilot - some of them appear to be sticking out of the plane...?

But never translated to ingame like that.

I got another glitch last night. I noticed an unusual object in formation with a He-111. Switching to the outside view of this a/c it turned out that the object was the pilot's oxygen mask floating outside the cabin.

Perhaps my head on pass made him feel a bit ill?
