I just noticed a change for me though: dogs, cats, and birds. That's my answer. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Oh and that stinks aboout that poor parakeet Dj! Sometimes I wonder how mine is doing so well, my brothers' cats scare him so much! He's a little stinker though, he just barks at them lol. That bird has so much personality it's hilarious! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

Have you had a hamster? Mine would run on his little wheel all night long when I tried to sleep! Kept me awake for about a week, but I got used to it.

He didn't last long though, only about 3 months. He was already older when I got him. I spoiled him rotten, he was a fun pet over all. Had him just long enough to break my heart when he died though. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Oh well, at least parakeets live for a long time. I dunno what I'd do without my Skooter Wooter! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/inlove.gif He's talking to me right now even. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

I had a snake once. sometimes it was freaky because it would crawl on me when I slept. when I woke up, it was all over my face. But I loved it nonetheless. It escaped and somehow ran away. I was ao sad. I still remember him though and I reccommend all of you to get a snake as a pet.

Melonie

Some snakes are really cute, I'll admit. Like those little bitty green ones. When I lived in New York my friends caught some and they were so adorable!

Still, over all I dont like snakes. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

Hey Mel where do you live?
I'll send you a snake for your birthday or something. The pet ones are really cheap but the food is expensive. Maybe i'll just send you one to scare the cr*p out of you.

I've got a really funny picture of my cat, I'll scan it and post it here in just a minute. lol.

I miss that cat so much! Had him for about 6 years. He always liked to go outside, but I usually didn't let him. He'd sneak out whenever anyone opened the door, then he'd come back about a day later. This went on for a little while until one time he ran off and didn't come back. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/sadeyes.gif

Again, at least I have my Skooter Wooter! haha! Always good to look on the bright side. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Skooter Wooter. With a K. I spell it wrong on purpose, it just looks better. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/9898/silaswj6.jpg

There's my kitty! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif He did that on his own haha! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif All of my pets are seriously goofy, I think it must have something to do with how I take care of them, because my brothers' cats were always more sane than mine. And don't even get me started on Skooter Wooter, he's about the goofiest bird on earth. haha!

I remember waking up without being able to breathe because my cat would be sleeping on top of my head. Honestly, of all places, why on top of my face? haha! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Ok, now for Skooter Wooter! Let me see if I can find a pic.... I know I have some on another computer, but I don't think I have any on this one. I'll see if my webcam can reach to him... brb again.

Ok... turns out Skooter Wooter is scared of the webcam... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif

He was just singing and being all goofy as usual, then I put the light and the webcam closer to his cage and he kept hopping away! I got some pretty distant shots though, the cord on my webcam isn't long enough to completely reach where he is, so this is the best I could do for now:

http://img123.imageshack.us/img123/9609/201858ew7.jpg

http://img56.imageshack.us/img56/6537/201856gh7.jpg

My cat smelled good. Just give them baths whenever needed and you won't have a problem.

I didn't even have problems with bad smells with my hamster. Most people complain about how hamsters stink, but I cleaned out the cage frequently, so I never had any trouble.

My cat did that to but he would sleep on my chest and lay his head on my face.

I wish my dog could sleep with me. But he sheds too much. Both me and my parents are afraid of that.

In the event of a Nuclear Holocaust, the only survivors will be Cockroaches, Lawyers and Pet Birds

Birds are on the 11th level of Dante's Inferno

Melonie

I don't think it's too much fur. Just brush him/her once a day and it should be fine. My cat was really fluffy and I brushed out his fur. He liked it and it kept him from shedding, so it was a win win situation! haha. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif
