I was wondering if anybody on this board has heard about the possibility of a P-47N model for PF in the future? I don't know if a 3rd party modeller was working on one or if Oleg had given a definite yes or no on the subject. I know Oleg said no way on a P-47M for AEP but P-47N makes more sense in the PTO and did actually see some combat time unlike say a BearCat.

Yes, the P-47N was an important late war Pacific model. I heard someone was doing one when their hard drive crashed. ****. Now I have no idea what the viability of such a project is.

Just to set the record straight on this one. There was a P-47N in development, but the job was given to a complete idiot and poser who's work completely sucked and has never completed anything. The plane is 100% dead. he just tried to blame his hard drive. That's all I'll say.

Hmmm. Has anyone else stepped up to the plate? I would, had I the skills and application to do it.

We are still looking for the right modeler to finish the job. If one sees this please contact me.
