"Don Quixote, struck and stunned, his visor shut, with a feeble and sickly voice like coming from a grave, said:

-Dulcinea del Toboso is the fairest lady in the world, and I'm the most miserable knight on earth, and it would be not right my weakness to betray that truth; so thrust, knight, your spear and take my life, since you took my pride."

Bye, friends.

I part with no regret nor bitterness in my heart.

Dux, you mean bye to the forum.

Please just step back and talk to someone in the real world.

No smileys, just concern for a fellow human I've never seen but communicated with.

Hi Dux,

I hope your post just refers to leaving the forum and nothing more than that.

I have personal reasons for seemingly over reacting if this is the case; I've recently lost people close to me and wish with all my heart I could have done more while they were with us. If you've got something troubling you, please share it, preferably with a person in the 'real world'. You're an intelligent, cultured and well respected guy, and I for one would like to see you around for a while longer. It wouldn't be the same here without you.

Dux has cultural memories of the year 1588...

In that year the Spanish Invasion Fleet was defeated by the English Royal Navy...

Oh come on Dux...respond please in your usual style!

Wha? Why, m8? Don`t blame you really, it`s almost getting pointless day by day. the same arguments going round... stagnation.

I hope that`s all it is and that you`re leaving because your repertoire of nubile ladies has doubled taking up all your time!

Well, I`ll miss your often strange yet funny output.

Don't worry, guys. You're going to bear me for some time yet. Just taking lotta sh*t lately, and just myself to blame. Nothing to do with this forum.

Sometimes I'm sad as h*ll, and need to take a brief look at the bottom of the chasm.

@Aaron & Joeap: Thank you guys. Alive and well. Mom & Dad still kicking around, you know, and they can't cope with a change in the order of nature, so don't worry. I'm still standing.

Some cheerleaders to lead the cheer would be of some use now. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

And lads, I also like you all. http://media.ubi.com/us/forum_images/gf-glomp.gif Well, I don't like a few, but they're not in this thread.

just in case you get the blues again......

Buddhism teaches that those who commit suicide.... Go straight to hell...do not pass GO... do not collect $200....
and when they eventually return to the human realm.... commit suicide for the next seven lives too ....to work off the bad karma

So ...no sense skipping school folks ..... we might think things are getting to be just suffering and no fun.... but there is no amount of suffering in the human realm to compare with hell

LEBillfish
09-11-2008, 09:39 PM
Why suicide when you can make others suffer instead? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

FF, please take your religious Buddha BS somewhere else. Karma this...karma that. I'm getting really tired of hearing you preach your religion to us all of the time. Those are your beliefs. If I want religion, I'll go to church.

This isn't the place for it.

haha fabianfred no ofence intended but:

i was called crazy for saying i was writting down my synchronical thoughts and analizing them for maybe them being some language of the soul

and you said something far more stupid and you get away with it while i didnt with my idea just cause there are more who think like you

hell you cant be original in the search of spirituality or youll be called crazy but you can say as many nonsenses as wanted if its in a religion

im not attacking you because i think your intention is good just pointing to what i think

fabianfred
09-12-2008, 05:58 AM
If I can help one person stop and think before doing something rashly.....then it was worth it....

I can take any amount of ****ging...

As the Buddha said ... the percentage of people with wisdom compare to the number of horns on a cow...whilst the percentage of people without wisdom compare to the number of hairs on a cow

raaaid
09-12-2008, 06:49 AM
yes but i search knowledge within miself

for example writting down every synchronical thought during 24 hours to find out that might be my soul talking

and im called crazy by most

while you say the same kind of things and get awy with it because they are extended

you say suicide is bad cause of karma

i say suicide is bad because your soul wants to live and you have to listen

we are saying the same but just cause i say it in an original manner they call me crazy

Interesting. This is getting a serious reaction out of raaiid. well, we do know what you think of God. Especially since you make many assumptions from their own pov without really trying to understand.

Perhaps when you`re anger at God subsides (everyone gets angry at God at some point) you`ll be ready to actually find out something about him.

He`ll wait.

Well, theoretically.

Don't worry, lady. Depression and catharsis are quite the same for me.

I get purified through fire, which means I get more tolerant to the sufferings of others... and a bit more cynical every time.

Besides, I don't wanna miss the fourth season of BS Galactica.

And there's a lot of porn in the internet to discover yet.

And there are a lot of Obama biopic books to read in the bookshops. Oh well, that's a depressing thought.
