I'm in Glasgow, and there's a bunch of other scots folk who play as well. Try looking on the pacific fighters site and look through the list of squadrons. You might find one or two squads modelling themselves after Scottish RAF squads. I know of at least two who have the name 602 Glasgow Sqn.

Only place in the world people will argue that Henrik Larsson was better than Shearer when comparing both at their peak http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif

Cant comment on Shearer, never saw him play often enough to judge although he is/was a great player.

Besides I am biased http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif *looks round at Henrik Larsson signed shirt hanging on wall*

Ditto on the Dublin front Dazza but give him a chance, as always. Same could/should be said for Roy Keane, but on last night's performance (Yes you Neil Lennon) wtf is he doing on the bench?

To tie in with the Edinburgh folk - my brother married and now lives there, so am through visiting quite a lot http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Yeah Lennon was mince, i kind of feel a loyalty to him being a fellow ulster man and that but even so...

keano i have high hopes for, but i will be glad to see the back of hartson, he doesnt fit in the team around him

he kept constantly holding up play and his lack of pace doesnt suit fast passing and moving with nakamura and maloney

maloney was good though

Mostly a 109 man. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif It just looks ... nice. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Handles pretty good too.

Every so often, I try to learn the 190, but apart from the D9, I don't get the best out of it. Must be my early-war dogfight mentality http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif

Allied birds, I'm really fond of the P40. Most underrated plane IMHO.

I like all biplanes, can't wait for the Gennadich WWI effort http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

My dad's family came from Scotland in the 1860s to the US so I guess I'm far removed a bit. We do have a family castle in Scotland but there ain't much left of it!! Just a lot of rubble.......

My brother has a letter from Scotland written to family in the states back then and it's really funny to read. He wrote that he was planning to come but was hoping for a ship with fewer Irishmen on it than typical.

Have any of you guys come across someone call Doug Connor in your simming activities. He`s from Shotts, we I did our Apprenticeships at the Ministry of Defence in the early 90`s and used to lodged together.

He was as big a flight sim fan as me and we used to hook our Amiga`s together to play Combat Air Patrol. Lost touch when I move to London.

The whole country is Buckie Country http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I used to date a girl from Craigneuk, and we would sometimes go to The Stag on the main street or The Punk/Alt pub ( the griffin ?) that kind of took over after The Heathery closed. But this was back it the late 80's early 90's

Not been back to Wishaw since my daughter was born in Wishaw General http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
