I'd appreciate an AI that has a mind of it's own in certain respects... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif

Offline players need a different AI for air combat between the traditional T & B vs Energy, B & Z combatants. I just hate it when the AI engagements wind up with Corsairs trying to turn with the Zeros. Everything winds up on the deck and the Energy fighters always get the the worst of it.

The applied tactics for respective aircraft should have some tweaking to arrange the combat mathmatics for each to his own type of tactics.

Offline players are suffering the same indignities as in the MSFT CFS2 with T & B dominating the AI in PF. Air engagements just wind up on the deck reminescent of MSFT CFS1 and CFS2.

Sure...there are a few workarounds when you build missions, but they don't address the differences well enough.

I know this can be done, and it might not be a quick fix. I just know it would add alot to better Offline play.

Corsair should turn fight against Me~262.

A6M Zero should BnZ the Gladiator.

Its not so easy, just "wanting" BnZ. AI do compare with their opponents, the more BnZ type climbing before headon fight. Extending could be more, but extend they do. Noticed this in Spit~9 against Go~229 the other nite. I couldn't catch the Go, it kept turning but not tight enough for me to catch it. But...the AI (in this case Go229) should extend even more so it can come back head on, or even leave the dogfight and find another target to Bounce--like real life pilots (the Aces) left the Pop Culture "hollywood" dogfights to find better targets.

Overall, well Done Oleg http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif
