Hey, I've tried asking people ingame about this, but it's a flight sim, so it's understandable that people are reluctant to use the chat in midair... so, I figured you guys could just help me out with this.

Is getting a target in your sights supposed to be as difficult and as frustrating as it is? I lost my joystick (grrr), so I'm using my arrow keys, and whenever I get a target in range, even the slightest move will simply make my nose dip then quickly bounce right back up (or vice versa with the opposite key). This proves to be immensely frustrating, and usually results in the target only being in my sights for split second before the crosshair bounces.

I hope that there's an easier way to do it, but if not... I guess I just need to learn.

Thanks.

Known as the Oingo-Boingo(tm) effect...get a stick and tame it with settings is all that can be done. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Why don't you just get a new joystick? They can be had for 20-30$ US.

Yes it really is supposed to be a difficult thing. Sure you can put the gunsight piper on the target but the rest is practice and skill. Keyboards are next to useless for precision aiming. You *need* to get a joystick to enjoy this at all.
