View Full Version : I am looking for free BF-109 BLUEPRINTS!

Title says it all, really...
The preferred version is the G-2, but I gladly accept other versions' blueprints too.
They should be in digital format (read: downloadable for free).

Thanks to anyone trying to help, greatly appreciated!

If you are looking for real, bona-fide blueprints, not model builder plans---good luck. I know the RAF Museum's Reading Room has a surprising number of real plans. I used their archives for some Spitfire V and Hampden research in '95. Note: real aircraft blueprints never show the whole airplane. At least in the WWII-era, the blueprints were of sections. As far as I know, there is nothing comparable to the marvelous Bentley Hurricane or Fw 190 modeler plans for the 109. The best 109 modeler plans I know about are in the AERO DETAIL series. IWM Duxford may have blueprints for the 109G-2(?)/Trop restored there in the '90's---maybe try contacting them.

Hi Brewster,

I have 215 drawings of various 109 models. The folder is 20 Mb.

Do you know of a free site that can host files that large? I'll pass them all to you.

Hey did you end up posting the BF 109 Files? My friend and I are considering making a replica aircraft for the local museum.
