Battle over Europe has a Dgen campaign system for off line campaigns & Ngen for online campaigns.

Check out JustFlight.com, they are the publishers I think. It is well worth the money.
Airwarfare have a review of it at their site.

It does, especially if you add Starshoy's BoE4.0 update which basically encapsulates his earlier updates. The Tempest and Mosquito (and other 4.03m planes) aren't available yet to DGen, however until Starshoy releases an update.

I was skeptical of BOE's value for years, but I finally broke down and ordered it after the holidays. I am very pleased with BOE; overall the BoE DGen campaigns are a little more interesting and varied than the stock DGen campaigns in FB/PF. At least that has been my experience with the Thunderbolt career where sometimes the missions are ground attack and sometimes they are intercept or escort duty.

Take a look at this information I've posted regarding BoE updates:
Big BOE_AEP update thread at JustFlight forums (http://forum.justflight.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4561).

Starshoy's BoE4.0 update thread (http://www.simhq.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=127;t=003159) at SimHQ forums.

Information about installing BOE over Pacific Fighters (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/5061041104).

Tempest is operational, I have it as flyable in Jumbo`s BOE addon, you need to insert a GB9 classes file in DGEN & than add TEMPEST5 into GB9 planes data file

Just Flight has it, look at he 'flight sim add ons' page if this link doesn't take you there:

http://www.justflight.com/en/(tfkuqz45zsp51s550efuoaiw)/index.aspx

I think you might need the RAF patch (?) in order to fly Spitfire fighter campains,I'm unsure of this though (all I know is I can fly Spit campaigns after downloading the patches).

It's well worth buying, very immersive in my opinion.

You can trust this company, I live abroad (outside the UK) and have ordered many add-ons from them for IL2, FS2004, CFS3 and FB without a problem.
You also get a good rebate on subsequent purchases.

Of course! Dunderheaded me, I forgot that as an AI plane from 4.01m, the Tempest was included into DGen.
