I found a penny from 1941 last month. Big deal, they are out there. It's a "wheat" penny of course and not as good a find as a steel nickel, but hey, it's cool to find this stuff and think that it might have been in Patton's pocket at one time

So every night I toss my pocket change into a bowl on my nightstand. Every morning I grab a little change, you usually need some. I've been paying with exact change lately for some odd reason

Anyway, I constantly see this d@mn penny in my hand when I fish out my change at night. I'm grabbing the thing almost daily. Honestly, five times in a month that I know of I've had it in my pocket and not spent it even though I'm paying exactly $6.07 for things one day, and $12.47 the next, using my pocket change

So I do my laundry today. Made sure I fished out all my pockets before I tossed the pants in. I took out my pants, and what's laying in the bottom of the washing machine?

This same d@mn 1941 penny. How the hell did Patton ever lose it? I bet he threw it at some Field Marshall one day, only to find it in his pocket the next http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I wish my neat coins would refuse to get lost. I had one of those nickels and a war dime from my mother + plus a few of those rationing stubs. Wonder how she knew I would be a WWII buff when I was only 2?
