I haven't tampered with these pics I swear. I haven't seen this before. It was a Clemson DD I sank that caught me sneaking towards a Convoy. Is that oil on the surface?

I've not seen oil slicks like those before, but I have seen larger single oil slicks sometimes where a merchant is sinking or has just sunk.

Are you running any mods that might do this?

Yes that's definitely oil slicks..you must be using IUB103 or Greywolves.

There are oil slicks in the stock game.

I usually don't get to see them anymore because now I am at 100%.

But anyway, that isn't a Clemson DD. A tribal perhaps, I don't know which all destroyers have double turrents. But a Clemson has 4 singles and two are on the sides. Also its aft end is pointed not square. </ship ID geek mode>
