View Full Version : Anyone know what's up with Mudmovers?

Several times recently I've tried to upload a file to them using their submissions form.
I keep getting page cannot be diplayed errors or being bounced striaght back to a blank form.
(It's not the RAF campaign BTW)
Anyway I've tried to e:mail Eurosnoopy and to the editor@mudmovers.com but have heard nothing.
Anyone know.
I was really hoping that mudmovers would be the host for the RAF campaign that is very nearly finished!

I still can't get any feedback from mudmovers...

Does anyone know why?
Maybe they just don't like me anymore. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Actually I haven't heard from Jim in some time. Usually I can catch him on MSN but he's not been on there at all either. A few e-mails have gone unanswered also. I'm trying some other things to get in touch with him but it's very unusul to say the least.

That's my concern... I know he has a new job but very unlike him to not respond at all. I'm a little concerned.

I hope all is well with Jim. Several months back I was mailing him, and there was no response for an extended period. He was just busy though, and he eventually got back with me. Hopefully he's just busy with other things right now.

The Mudmovers server is mine. I haven't been hosting because I got tired of the people complaining.

Hunter, the recent posts by server hosts about players complaining is bewildering to me. I don't fly that much online, or even in FB anymore, but when I did, complaining to the guys that made the game possible was the last thing I'd have done to them. If a server didn't work for me, either because of high ping (geography is certainly not the hosts fault) or because I didn't like the maps (rarely), I just flew elsewhere. I never would have guess that enough negative feedback would filter through to have a serious influence on the host.

The thought just leaves me at a loss of words, especially when I consider how self defeating those players are to the community in general. Such a shame.
