What is the scariest/freakiest thing youve seen or read during the game? I dont mean like glitches or character faces or anything, i mean during the story.

The wierdest thing i personally came across in the game is when they had an audio recording in ACB during The Truth....The one of the guy calling the cable company asking about a wierd channel that was showing everything about the guy watching the channel, and then the operator brought in the 'manager' who told him that a technician was going to fix the problem, almost immediately someone started pounding at his door.

That must have been the creepiest thing ive ever seen in the whole series, not a bad thing. As a deep thinker, i very much appreciate the thought that goes into everything in the series.

*Edit*

Sorry if anyone thinks these are spoilers, The Truth isnt part of main gameplay so i wasnt sure if i should mention it or not. Apologizing ahead of time, just in case.

With all the brainwashed people? yeah that was pretty creepy.

Goin' a little off topic here, but does anyone else feel a little let down with the 'Bonfire of the vanities' DLC, i was expecting something a little more like AC1, but only a few people had actually had their minds controlled.

yeah, that was a huge let down. They basically said the apple doesnt control anything. which didnt really jive with AC1. But the writers seem to not mind changing minor story elements that have no real significance to the game's story.

that last bit was sarcastic.

In one the Romulus lair, you have to find your way through multiple tunnels and at some point, a romulus follower comes out of nowhere and runs accross a tunnel in front of you. That scared the out of me

I'd have to vote with you NFB. The thing that especially added to its already creepy factor for me (first playthru) ...

When the hospitilier first comes out, he gives the impression (despite the blood-soaked apron) that he's sympathetic to the runaway by chastising the guards for being so harsh. So when the leg-breaking happened, it really took me off guard.

AC1: when the violence was ugly and real. RIP, I guess, because we're headed to Disney Land.

I guess the leg breaking was the creepiest i've seen! I can imagine a horror film being based on him! But I wonder why AC2 and ACB dont have as near as much gore and eeryness as AC1 did!

I legit thought he was a zombie for a couple seconds. then I remembered I wasn't in the Spencer Mansion.

Any of the moments with "those who came before" kinda creeped me out. Also, after you throw Cesare off the wall, the part where the animus has this orange color and Cesare is shown again saying "No man can kill me" and stuff like that. Was kinda creepy.
