It's not often I'm astonished by a vegetable but today my veg man brought me something that I just had to share with you.

I have no idea what it is or how to cook it, or even if I should. It seems to be using aspects of fractal mathematics and Chaos Theory to organise itself.

I'd say that's one over-modelled cabbage http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif . I can hear a chorus of groans already.

Romanesko eh? Sounds like a pretty good nick name to have around here. HEHE Although for those that know what Romanesko is now, it would be like giving yourself Brocolli for a nick name. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I don't think it's called Jamie Oliver Twonk.

You're right though, that lettuce tastes like sour nappies.
