Hmm.

It has "TELECHARGEABLE soon" on the downloads page.

Main problem with any Med campaigns is the map is way too small.

Yeah that simulated desert map while nice to have... better than nothing... just doesnt cut it.

Just to clarify, It is map scenery on existing maps (mostly Online/MT) with scripts to make it loadable in conjunction with Paul Lowengrin's Dynamic Campaign Generator.
You will be able to play offline semi-dynamic desert campaigns through DCG.
It would appear that the skins are "borrowed" from IL2 skins without consent,
(some of which look strangely familiar http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif)
so I would hope noone is asking for payment since it rides on the work published for free by the community.
