Back in the 1960's, my father gave me two framed aircraft prints. Both are sepia-colored. One was called "Flying Tigers sweep the skies of enemy planes over China" and the other "F4F Wildcats in action against Zeros in the South Pacific". In small print, along the bottom of each picture is a "Phillips 66" logo and "Phillips Petroleum Company, Historical Aviation Series". The artist's name appears to be "Jewell". There seems to be little or no information available on the web about these prints. (Nothing on E-bay either.) I did find an article that referenced a similar print (Dauntless dive-bombers, see pic below) and it said they were promotional prints given out by the Phillips company. Anybody seen or heard of these?

Sounds like a question for the tv series "Antiques Roadshow."

You mean I could have gotten some aviation prints instead of those stupid 'Flintstones' tumbler sets with each fillup? What a rip!!!

Something you should write to the show about. To get info about your prints.
