Just installed PF and its real choppy so it looks as if I need to upgrade my video card. Which one should I get?? I'm not looking to buy the most expensive top of the line card, but I want one that will give me a smooth game! Oh, right now I'm running a 64 mb card that came in the computer.

Hi Crich68,

Better start a new thread in the Community Help Forum (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums?a=frm&s=400102&f=49310655) with this, and post your DxDiag report there ( Instructions on how to post DxDiag from LuckyBos's guide (http://www.airwarfare.com/guides/luckyboys_guide.htm#012))

Sure, you can post 'm here!
Wherever you post 'm, just do, as they are needed for ppl to truly give you sound advice!

Good luck!

Just off the top of my head though i would say nothing less than a 9800 Pro... and add another 512 of RAM. You have a decent rig. Not stellar but certainly decent. You could definitely use an upgrade thoug even without looking at your DX diag. Video and RAM. That integrated video you have bites for this sim. You might also want to consider a sound card... you can get an Audigy at a good price now. Try here (http://www.pricewatch.com/) or here (http://www.newegg.com/ProductSort/CategoryList.asp) if you dont mind online shopping. You should be able to get something decent but dont go lower than a 9800 Pro or a 6600.... You should be able to get the whole kit and kaboodle for @ $200-$250.

BTW... welcome to the community... hit the Sturmovik Essentials link in my sig.
