Fantastic.

I really like the report on the Hawk 75. This underrated little fighter was pretty good indeed.

I like page 4 of the FW-190 vs: P-47 test.

Sorry, couldn't resist. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Which one? The early test where the Fw-190 is superior, or the latter one where the P-47 is superior?

LOL Skychimp. You know that I like anything that says that the 190 is superior. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I noticed that too, seemed kind of contradictory. In the later test there are some very un-FWlike qualities mentioned. Rough running engine, slow acceleration in dive, etc., which is completely opposite of other accounts. The one with the FW being superior at 26,000 feet seems odd as well, I would think the P-47 would do better at that altitude. I noticed in the later one that the 190 had ".30 cal mg's" which means it was an earlier model (A-6 or older) and that it was not boosted whereas the P-47 was using water injection (and overheated quickly). Also, 190 in later test had only two cannons meaning that this was likely an "F" model which was a fighter/bomber version with reduced performance.

FW-190 outperforming P-47 at high altitude. Older, unboosted 190F in another test.

I don't put too much stock in either, I was just poking fun.
