Hey all,

I'm looking for a recommendation of a book about aerial combat. I don't necessarily want a "how to" type book, but something that is a good read where I might even learn a thing or two about ACM.

Any suggestions? What's your favorite on this topic?

Thanks,

T

"An ace of the 8th" by Bud Fortier is pretty good and readily available.

"Duel of Eagles" by Peter Townsend is a great read...he's not the best of writers, but info on BoB from a pilots POV, as well as the build up to war and creation of the RAF.

I've got "I flew for the fuhrer" and "blonde knight of germany" on the way from Amazon...I hear they are great as well - among the best.

I borrowed 'Blonde Knight of Germany' from a friend and it's a damn fine read, you're gonna enjoy it.
